Master Tang Tung Wing was born in 1954 in Macao. In 1962 Tang's family moved to Hong Kong, where he started training in Kung Fu at the age of 9. In 1973 his Master promoted him to instructor level of Kung Fu and appointed him to be in charge of his gymnasium in Hong Kong. Since then Master Tang Tung Wing has been teaching Kung Fu.
In 1972 – 1977 he worked as a Stuntman and Action Director in Hong Kong and Taiwan. In 1984 Master Tang was invited to Greece in order to teach Kung Fu. After that he decided to stay in Europe to spread the authentic Kung Fu in the west.
Master Tang has more than 40 years experience in Chinese traditional martial arts and he has 7 Duan Wushu Degrees. He followed the Hung Gar Master Tang Kwok Wah, one of the best students of Grand Master Lam Jo (the nephew of Lam Sai Wing) to study Hung Gar Kung Fu and Chi Kung.
He also studied Choi Mok Pai Kung Fu with Grand Master Lau Yeun Sing and Wing Chun Kung Fu with Master Ho Kim Ming. In order to widen his experience and his martial arts skills, in 2002 Master Tang decided to go to China, to study with Baguazhang Grand Master Liu Jing Ru in Beijing and the Chen Taijiquan Grand Master Wang Xi An in Chen Jia Gou.
Amongst Master Tang’s achievements are:
In August of 2006, at the 2nd World Traditional Wushu Championships in Zhengzhou, China, Master Tang and his Kung Fu Association was invited to take part in this big event to represent their Association and as team member of the Hellenic Wushu - Kung Fu team and to represent the country - Greece.
The team of Tang's Chinese Traditional Kung Fu Association consisted of Master Tang Tung Wing himself, along with 5 of his students and grand students, who competed in 4 individual events in three categories. Each and every single member of the team won a medal in their category, bringing back home 5 Gold medals, 4 Silver medals and 2 Bronze medals. The competition was a great success for the Tang's Chinese Traditional Kung Fu Team as well as the styles.
In January of 2007 he won the Silver Medal in the 1st International Taijiquan Invitation Tournament in Hong Kong.
In August of 2007 Master Tang won 1 more Gold Medal in the 4th International Taijiquan Exchange Competition of Jiaozuo, China.
In March of 2009 at the 4th Hong Kong International Wushu Competition, Master Tang and his Kung Fu Association was invited to take part in this big event and represent their country.
The team of Tang’s Chinese Traditional Kung Fu Association with 6 students competed in 4 individual events. Each and every single member of the team won the gold medal in their category, bringing back a total of 15 Gold medals as well as winning the Best Team Award of the Competition. Furthermore Master Tang Tung Wing won the Best Coach Award in the competition.
In 2010 The 5th Hong Kong International Wushu Competition, organized by the Hong Kong Wushu School and the Chinese Zhejiang Wushu Association was held in Hong Kong, China in 23-25 of August, 2010. The competition included more than 2500 athletes and 190 teams from over the world.
Tang's Chinese Traditional Kung Fu Association was invited to take part in this big event as team member of the Hellenic Wushu - Kung Fu team and to represent the country- Greece.
The team of Tang's Chinese Traditional Kung Fu Association with 13 students competed in the following 8 individual events: Hung Gar, Wing Chun, Baguazhang, Chen’s/Yang’s Taijiquan, Tanglang, Choi Mok Pai and weapons.
Each and every single member of the team won the gold medal in their category, bringing back a total of 29 Gold medals. Furthermore Master Tang Tung Wing won the Best Coach Award in the competition.
Thus, the competition was a great success for the Hellenic Wushu - Kung Fu Federation and Tang's Chinese Traditional Kung Fu Association for all styles.
The Branch of Italy and Czech Republic of Tang’s Chinese Traditional Kung Fu Association was also invited to take part in this big event, and every single member of the team won the gold medal in their category too.

Master Tang Tung Wing has been teaching Traditional Kung Fu in Europe since 1984.
His headquarters are in Greece. Master Tang welcomes anyone who has the will to learn and to improve him/herself. He is available for Seminars, Private Lessons and Instructor's Courses.
